Criticism of and inheritance from Husserl's phenomenology and Dilthey's philosophy of life are considered important sources of Heidegger's early humanology. From Husserl's phenomenology Heidegger inherits his methodology to form his own analysis of existence. As for the content of his studies he inherits Husserl's idea that “From the angle of phenomenology there is nothing else behind the phenomenon ”. The focus on individual of Heidegger's analysis conforms to Dilthey's idea that life refers to that of individuals. His exploration into temporal and historic features following this idea comes directly from Dilthey's idea that human life is a historic process.

As a result the traditional system of financial supervision can no longer function well. Nor are they the same with the regulations by the government. As a matter of fact they are the foundations of the whole system of the commercial law, the norm of business behavior and criteria for settling business disputes. These principles should bear the profit- oriented characteristics of commercial relationship, reflect the common core of the commercial law in various countries, and fit into the tendency of globalization in commercial law.
