Revival of new classicism in developmental economics promotes theories of economic development. In fact, it has given rise to the rapid development of regional economy and economy in developing countries. The policies it advocates, such as reform, open up and market economy, are the ones indispensable for developing countries. However, in the course of its revival, there arises a tendency in which theory and policy of liberal finance are abused, interest of export is exaggerated, and integrity of the financial system neglected. As a result, economic development in developing countries are hindered to a certain degree.
