和平与发展是时代的主题，但关于和平主义的一些重要伦理问题并没有得到深入的研究。这些问题包括：（1）和平主义的伦理基础问题。和平主义的伦理基础是基于合意的契约关系还是内在的共生连带关系？（2）和平主义的性质问题。积极的和平观是否必然带来绝对的和平主义？（3）和平主义的公民主体问题。作为一个世界公民需要何种自我意识？我们的基本主张是：和平主义的伦理基础是共生连带关系而不是契约合意关系；积极而相对的和平主义是一种更合理的立场；应该做一个具有内在的普遍意识的地球公民。

Peace and development are the themes of the era,but concerning pacifism there remain several important ethical issues to be explored One is which is the ethical foundation of pacifism,the conceded contractual relationship or the inner symbiotic? Another is what is the nature of the pacifism,that is,whether the positive idea of pacifism would inevitably lead to absolute pacifism? The last issue is the civil subject of pacifism: what kind of ego should people have if they were the global citizens? We claim that the ethical foundation of pacifism is the joint symbiotic relationship,rather than  the conceded contractual We prefer a more reasonable position which is positive and relatively pacifism We should become global citizens with inner common sense
