
企业年金对员工工作搜寻和任期的影响——基于雇主—雇员匹配数据的实证研究
The Effects of Enterprise Annuity on Job Search Behavior and Tenure of Employees: Empirical Evidence from CMEELS 2013
基于2013年中国雇主—雇员匹配数据,关于企业年金对工作搜寻和任期长短的影响的实证研究结果显示,企业年金的实施对我国的微观劳动力市场产生了相关的经济效应。具体表现为:企业年金作为二分变量对30岁以上女性的工作搜寻行为有显著的负向效应,而对男性工作搜寻行为的影响并不显著;企业年金对员工任期有显著的延长效应,且在规模较大的公司中更为显著。企业声誉效应可以解释企业年金对这两个因变量的差异化影响。
Using the China Matching Data of EmployerEmployee Tracking Survey of 2013,We examine empirically the impacts of enterprise annuity on job search behavior and tenure of employeesAs empirical results indicate, the implementation of enterprise annuity deters job search behavior only for women aged 30 aboveAdditionally, a positive effect of pension coverage on the duration of tenure for both men and women is found,which is significantly more pronounced in largescaled firmsFirm reputation effect is exploited to explain the differential impact of pension coverage on these two dependent variablesAccording to our empirical results, the implementation of enterprise annuity does play a role in the Chinas micro labor market outcomes.
