摘要

基于2013年中国雇主—雇员匹配数据,关于企业年金对工作搜寻和任期长短的影响的实证研究结果显示,企业年金的实施对我国的微观劳动力市场产生了相关的经济效应。具体表现为:企业年金作为二分变量对30岁以上女性的工作搜寻行为有显著的负向效应,而对男性工作搜寻行为的影响并不显著;企业年金对员工任期有显著的延长效应,且在规模较大的公司中更为显著。企业声誉效应可以解释企业年金对这两个因变量的差异化影响。

Abstract

Using the China Matching Data of EmployerEmployee Tracking Survey of 2013,We examine empirically the impacts of enterprise annuity on job search behavior and tenure of employeesAs empirical results indicate, the implementation of enterprise annuity deters job search behavior only for women aged 30 aboveAdditionally, a positive effect of pension coverage on the duration of tenure for both men and women is found,which is significantly more pronounced in largescaled firmsFirm reputation effect is exploited to explain the differential impact of pension coverage on these two dependent variablesAccording to our empirical results, the implementation of enterprise annuity does play a role in the Chinas micro labor market outcomes.
