
整合式还是多元化? ——劳动关系研究范式的争辩与研究发展趋向
Integration or Pluralism? ——Debates on the Paradigm and the Development Trends of Industrial Relations
劳动关系学科是多学科交融的产物。在其近百年的发展历程中,各学科关于劳动关系问题的研究缺乏统一的研究范式和理论分析框架,因此,对于劳动关系的学科基础、研究对象、核心主题、研究方法及研究视角等与研究范式有关的问题,学术界一直存在分歧和争辩。对西方劳动关系学界的有关研究状况进行梳理后可以做出如下预判:劳动关系学科未来仍将沿着多学科的方向发展,并不需要单一整合式的研究范式,但作为学科的统一标识,学术界应在核心研究主题上取得一定共识。
Industrial relations as an interdiscipline has been short of integrated paradigm and theory between disciplines over the nearly 100 years in its development course There are four sorts of debates on paradigm Firstly,is industrial relations an independent discipline? Secondly,what is industrial relations? Thirdly,what are the viewpoints of industrial relations? Fourthly,what is the key subject of industrial relations? There has not been consensus on these debates among scholars The paper proposes that industrial relations should develop the metaparadigm in the future Industrial relations,as a research field,does not need an integrated paradigm,however,it needs a consensus on the key subject
