Abstract
The change in employment system has given rise to disputes over a new type of labor contracts.But provisions in “The Labor Law”do not seem to be sufficient enough to cover these disputes.For instance,differences between the labor contract and the employment contract are not clearly spelt out,if there is any clarification at all.Problems aroused by expiration of labor contract by one party and the measures to ensure implementation of the labor contract are yet to be specified.This is a research area the legal circle has to dwell on.
