Abstract
According to realism, all wars are justified, beyond the scope of moral judgment, while from the perspective of just war theory, some wars are just, others are not. Pacifism is against all war, taking war and violence as morally wrong. By elucidating and analyzing the ideas and justifications of the three doctrines, the author explores the possibilities and vitalities of pacifism in the twenty-first century.
