Abstract
After the end of Cold War, Western Left scholars have been studying capitalism in the age of globalization and the future of socialism. They think that capitalist society is not ideal community for human life, because there are some economic inequality, the lack of political democracy, the cultural and moral crisis in it. In terms of the new situation, they describe some good future prospect for future society. This article introduces David Schweickart's economic democracy theory, Peter Drucker's post capitalist society theory and Heinz Dieterich's new historic project theory.
