Based on the theory of new classical analytical framework,the author employs model to analyze financial bargaining cases,and indicates that the financial risk would increase greatly if the exchange coordination fails among financial institutions.So,it is important for them to coordinate with others in practice so as to maintain the safety of whole financial system.
