With the new century coming up and guided by Marxism the development of Chinese literary theory is manifested in the direction of a mutually supplementary and integrative model accompanied by pluralistic concepts.New ways of thinking that transcend “duality contradiction” set up a new climate of constructive dialogue of different theories.
