Confronted by the USled Western World's strong criticism of China's human right condition,we need to construct our own discourse on human rights that have long been defined by the Western World with prejudice and have often been used as a political weapon to attack China in the international political arenaWe need to build a new human right discourse from an institutional perspective that will strengthen its power to interpret,emphasizing the right to develop economy and improve people's living conditionsThis new discourse should be supported by the international community for its reasonable order and shared opinionsIt should also enable China to communicate with the rest of the world in an appropriate way that China,although demonized by the Western World,has always been making efforts to improve human right conditions not only in China,but also worldwide
