Abstract

At present, Chinese media culture shows a strong postmodernist cultural atmosphere, that is the three cornerstones of modernity, the questioning and negating the corner stones of modernity “rationality”, “subjectivity” and “truth (knowledge)”. In the media field which is sensitive to the social culture changes and technology of information communication changes, it is highlighted as: getting rid of the “rational” media communication, subjective “dwarf” and “dispelling” in the media, deconstructing the “deep” and “great” narrative style in the media revolution and eliminating the “StatePersonal” opposition under the background of the media revolutionPostmodernism absorbs nourishment and creative power from within the modernity in order to achieve the goal of transcending modernity and rebuilding human cultureIn the current context of China, on the one hand, the publicity of postmodernity means exploring the future picture which is higher than the “modernity”, and on the other hand, it also required to enhance the basis of “modernity” in reverse directionPostmodernism not only provides us with a perspective of understanding society, but also shows us another view in the perspective of social governance
