Abstract
Inevitable requirements of legal inherent scientific properties are as follows: Legislators perceive social values, social order and social laws from the objective reality, and confirm them through scientific and rational legislative activities. As one of the important principles of legislative activities, “scientific legislation” is not just a slogan but the pursuit of the value of developing and improving the legal system, and therefore needs to be further understood and evaluated before we work out scientific standards. In accordance with such a principle, its of vital importance, both in theory and practice, to define and specify the standards of scientific legislation. From the perspective of normative analysis, the core standard of scientific legislation should be based on rationality, legality and logicality.
