Since the beginning of reform, adapting to the need of social double-deck change, the private sector of the Chinese economy has resumed and developed quickly, occupies increasingly an important position in the national economy, becomes an important part of social-economic structure. However priate enterprise owners still have not shaken off awkward and perplexed state in institutional transition, yet the consistency of their interests still has not formed close ties among them, not mention becoming a social class.
