This, the author continues, has already affected people's faith in social justice. In order to redress social psychology concerning the gap between the rich and the poor, the author points out, we must adjust the system and policies of income distribution in the first place. We may stick to the policy of using the lever of the market to fulfill the primary distribution process, while reinforce the power of the government to interfere with the re-distribution process. Both processes should resort to the legal system so that justified social order can be maintained.
