现实中的全球化的本质是资本主义在全球范围内的扩展,但资本全球化具有历史性,不是永恒的,其中包含着不断发展着的否定性因素,即构成新的全球化形态的因素。从经济必然性的角度上看,一旦这种否定性因素和资本全球化的内在矛盾的发展达到一定的程度,现实中的全球化将会发生质的变化,即资本全球化转变为社会主义全球化。因此,资本全球化既有给作为世界历史性的社会主义事业的发展带来不利因素的一面,又有为其发展造就有利的条件和机遇的一面。对于当代社会主义国家来说,关键在于要在实践中正确把握机遇和风险的辩证法,从而不失时机地推进作为世界历史性事业的社会主义的发展。

The essence of globalization in actuality is the expansion of capitalism on a global scale. And yet capital globalization is by no means historically eternal, rather it embodies unceasingly developing negative elements, namely factors constituting new globalization morphology. From the perspective of economic certainty, once development of the intrinsic contradictions between such negative factors and capital globalization reaches a certain level, globalization in reality will undergo essential changes, that is, a transition from capital globalization to socialist globalization will occur. Hence, capital globalization both brings unfavorable factors as well as creates favorable conditions and opportunities for the development of socialist cause of world historic significance. For today's socialist countries, it is crucial to grasp the dialectic between opportunities and risks, so as not to let go chances of promoting the development of socialism as world historic cause.
