摘要

动机是一种复杂的心理现象,动机研究经历了一个艰难曲折的过程。现代心理学关于动机与目标关系的研究为我们理解人类动机开辟了一条新的道路,现代系统科学的自组织理论为动机研究提供了新的理论模型和方法。本文综合运用心理学与自组织理论的有关成果,探讨了人类需要与动机发生的自组织机制,提出了一种新的人类动机理论——动机的自组织目标理论,并讨论了它对现代管理理论发展的启示。

Abstract

Motivation is one kind of complicated psychological phenomenon,and a course with difficulties and setbacks has been gone through in motivation research. Research of the relationship between motivation and goal in modern psychology opens up a new way for us to understand human motivation,and the self-organization theory of modern system science provides a new theory model and methodology for the research. The concerned studies of both psychology and self-organization theory are inquired into the self-organization mechanisms that occur with human need and motivation. A new theory of human motivation that is named a self-organization goal theory of motivation is put forward,and its enlightenment to the modern management development is discussed.
