正确使用和合理管理大众传媒是现代政党执政能力的重要标示。美国执政党及其政治代表总统通过各种渠道同大众传媒保持密切联系。无产阶级政党自觉地把大众传媒作为自己的旗帜与武器。中国共产党重视大众传媒在执政党工作中的地位与作用,重视新闻信息资源的开发与利用,在信息流向、信息流量、信息质量三个方面进行调整。对一些执政党不能善待大众传媒和错误使用大众传媒的教训应引以为戒。

Using the mass media properly and managing it reasonably is a sign of a modern political party's governing capacity.In the United States,the parties in power and their political representative,the presidents,keep close relationship with the mass media through various approaches.The parties of proletariat always take mass media as banner and weapon consciously.Chinese Communist Party attaches importance to status and effect of mass media in her governing work,as well as exploitation and using of information resource.Chinese Communist Party also pays attention to hold and regulate the direction,the flux and the quality of information.Moreover,we should learn lessons from those unsuccessful parties who were not kind to mass media or even using mass media in a wrong way.
