科技与政治在价值取向上从根本上是一致的,同时也存在背离和冲突。这种背离和冲突是科技与政治间价值张力的凸显。它主要体现在四个方面:科技与政治对人类共同价值取向的背离;政治对科技价值的扭曲;政治对科技负面价值的干预和控制;科技对政治价值的消解及僭越。我们必须保持科技与政治间适当的价值张力,努力消除不利的价值冲突。

There are the same value-directions of science-technology and politics,but there exist the deviation and conflict of value directions between them.This kind of deviation and conflict of value directions is embodied in four aspects:(1) science-technology and politics respectively deviate common value-direction of human;(2) politics warps science-technology value;(3) politics interferes and controls science-technology negative value;(4) science-technology demolishes and usurps politics value.We must keep the special value tension in the space between science-technology and politics,and cut off their harmful value-direction.
