信息主义和信息哲学都兴起于信息时代,由于信息主义有社会观上和世界观上的不同,使其和信息哲学之间存在十分复杂的关系;其差别性表明主张信息主义的人不一定是在主张一种信息哲学,而研究信息哲学的人也不一定会主张信息主义;其关联性则表明信息哲学和信息主义之间有可能互相过渡,因此,对于信息主义和信息哲学的开放性和包容性应有清楚的认识。

Both informationalism and philosophy of information spring up in the information age.Due to the different meaning of informationalism in social and world fields,there is a very complex relationship between informationalism and philosophy of information.The difference shows that the informationalist is not necessarily advocating a kind of philosophy of information,while the philosopher of information will not necessarily advocate informationalism;the relevance shows the possibility of transition between them,and so we should have a clear understanding for the openness and inclusiveness of informationalism and philosophy of information.
