在当代中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的新时期,香港回归和"新香港"的建设,作为"和平统一,一国两制"伟大工程之"率先垂范"的创新和实验,作为举世瞩目的"中国模式"与中国特色社会主义理论体系和中国特色社会主义道路的有机组成部分和重要内容,作为中华民族伟大复兴和当代中国和平崛起的标志性事件而载入史册。无论是香港回归所创造的以外交谈判的方式,和平解决国与国之间历史遗留下来的领土和主权争端问题的独特经验,还是1997年至今的"新香港"的建设,以"求一国之大同,存两制之大异"的方式,和平解决实行不同社会制度的地区之间的和谐发展问题的独特经验,同样丰富而深刻,值得认真总结和汲取。

In this new era of China's Opening Up and the construction of socialism modernization,the return of Hong Kong and the constructions of the New Hong Kong's /One Country,Two Systems has made history for it was the model roll of the renovation and experiment of the great project of Peaceful Reunification and /One Country,Two Systems.The return of Hong Kong and the constructions of the New Hong Kong's /One Country,Two Systems also played as the organic part and major content of China's Model and the system of socialism theory as well as the pattern with China's characters attracting worldwide attention.More over,it was also marked as the significant historical event of the great revitalization of the Chinese Nation and the peaceful rise of contemporary China.The unique experiences of either settling the historical legacy of disputes on the territory and sovereignty via diplomatic negotiation created during the handover of Hong Kong from 1979 until 1999 or perusing the Grand Unity by maintaining the Great Diversity so as to resolve the harmonious development of areas of different social systems during the constructions of the New Hong Kong's /One Country,Two Systems from 1999 until present,both with the richness and profundity,are worth being studied.
