价值观包括价值目标及其实现的途径,这两个方面都与一定的历史观密切相关。对中华民族而言,不仅确立社会主义价值理想与唯物史观有关,怎样实现这一理想更与唯物史观有关。价值论研究要取得实质性成果,应从理论上总结近代以来核心价值体系变迁的经验、教训,准确把握历史观与价值观相互制约的基本事实,自觉地以唯物史观推进价值理论的研究。国内学术界关于普遍价值讨论中提出的普遍主义与特殊主义关系问题,应从近代社会史的角度来把握其意义。

The values include the goals and realizing way,meanwhile these two aspects are related with certain conception of history.As far as Chinese is concerned,not only establishing socialism value ideal but realizing this ideal are concerned with the historical materialism.In order to achieve substantive progress in the value research,we should summarize the changed experiences and lessons of the core value system in modern time,grasp the relation between historical materialism and values accurately,and promote the value research based on historical materialism consciously.The problem between the universalism and particularism in the discussion on the universal values,which is proposed by domestic and foreign scholars,should be resolved from the modern social history angle.
