Industrial relation has three faces: science building,problem solving,and ethical.By many accounts,industrial relations today is in crisis.The challenge for industrial relations is to re-establish these connections with the broader academic,policy,and business worlds.Based on the research results of corporate social responsibility(CSR) as well as the promotion and development of labor relations management,an "Iceberg Model" in strategic labor relations management,contains three dimensions of "legal","sensible" and "reasonable".Enterprises employment that meets the three levels is the best employment method to save labor cost,improve performance as well as enhance enterprises value.
