摘要
儒学思想体系中具有既坚持道义原则,又重视通权达变的优良传统。在先秦孔子、孟子那里,就已具备了通权达变论的基本要素;汉儒如叔孙通、董仲舒等在对“经”与“权”关系的论述中,在特定范围内也为“行权”的方式开拓了更大的空间。“经”“权”理论作为儒学在社会政治领域辩证思维的精神财富,对于我们今天的现实生活仍有一定的借鉴和启迪作用。
Abstract
The characteristics of possessing both persistence to justice and maintaining flexibility under circumstances had long been an important heritage of Confucius. Basic elements of flexibility can be found in Kong Zi and Meng Zi as early as in Pre Qin period. While explaining the relation between “Jing” and “Quan”,Shusun Tong and Dong Zhongshu,followers of Confucius in Han Dynasty,had elaborated on flexibility under specific circumstances. This dialectic theory of “Jing” and “Quan” in coping with social and political problems still shed light on our reality today.
