跨国公司具有雄厚的资金和先进的技术,在强大的经济力量支持下,在利润动机的驱使下,跨国公司的到来会给发展中国家的民族工业带来严重不利的后果,但同时也给本国的民族工业带来机遇和挑战。为了利用跨国公司的资金和先进技术,减少不利影响,必须制定必要的措施和对策,这主要包括：坚持对跨国公司以取得技术为主要目标；以我为主对跨国公司的直接投资加以引导和控制；禁止跨国公司进入我国金融市场等,以使我们的民族工业在遭受最小程度破坏的同时利用跨国公司的经济力量得到更大发展。

With abundant funds and advanced technology, supported by tremendous economic potential and motivated by profits, multinational corporations bring about severe threat to national industries of developing countries,while bringing about opportunities and challenges to home industries.In order to take advantage of the funds and advanced technology of multinational corporations and,at the same time,reduce their disadvantages,policies must be made and countermeasures must be taken.These strategies may include the following:while dealing with multinational corporations always aiming at their advanced techniques;maintaining guidance and control of their direct investment;banning multinational corporations from entering our financial market,etc.In short,efforts should be made to benefit the most from the economic capacity of the multinational corporations with minimal damage to our national industries so as to make greater progress.
