始终坚持以问题为导向，根据时代、实践、认识的发展不断创新，是改革开放40年来中国特色社会主义取得伟大成就的关键，也是新时代马克思主义哲学创新发展的源泉，还是新时代中国特色社会主义理论创新和实践创新的动力。推动新时代马克思主义哲学的创新，必须把握三个重点方向：范式创新、思维方式革命、方法论自觉。以“问题”为导向的范式创新是基础；立足“时代化”“中国化”“全球化”的思维方式与体系革命是关键；包括敢于直面问题、应对挑战，善于重塑理论、彰显特色，既尊重群众智慧、又充分发挥个体优势的方法论自觉是核心。
