摘要

基于智联招聘网站的空缺岗位填补数据,以中国人民大学中国就业研究所研制的CIER指数度量劳动力市场景气状况,可以测量劳动力市场景气对企业岗位空缺持续时间的影响。实证研究结果显示,劳动力市场景气对岗位空缺填补概率具有显著正的边际效应,对空缺持续时间具有显著负的边际效应。而且,与国有企业和外资企业相比较,这一效应在私营企业的招聘活动中更为显著,即私营企业的人力资源配置过程的市场化程度更高。

Abstract

Based on the data about filling vacancies from Zhaopin.com, taking CIER index as the proxy of labor market tightness and using survival model, this paper studies the effect of labor market tightness on the vacancy duration. It is found that labor market tightness has a negative marginal effect on the possibility of filling vacancy and a positive marginal effect on vacancy duration. Furthermore, compared with statedowned companies and foreigninvested corporations, these effects are significant in private companies.This means that human resources allocation in private companies is marketoriented in a higher way.
